The Program

The Elite Performance Academy Program is for the athlete looking to take their game to the next level. This program centres around One on One zoom and phone sessions where the program is tailored to your needs and goals through Performance Counselling and Coaching. Additionally ALL Elite Performance Academy Clients get UNLIMITED Email and SMS each month as well as Support and self improvement materials in their inbox As a BONUS all Elite Performance Academy athletes get access to the group 12 week program material The program also builds a relationship that offers clients someone to confide in outside the team or sport dynamic for everything from performance challenges to managing life off the field . The program also connects participants with a pool of resources from the best gyms to player managers,companies,relocation resources and everything in between.
1 on 1 Coaching Sessions
What makes the Elite Performance Athlete Academy program unique at PPC is the 1 on 1 Coaching element. These sessions conducted fortnightly on Zoom give the player the opportunity to discuss anything to do with their performance and interact with a trained therapist and mindset coach to seek advice, development,accountibility and support.
Phone Services
During the program all Elite Performance Athlete Academy clients will receive a fortnightly phone consultation with their coach on their off weeks from Zoom to check in on their progress, support them with any challenges and answer any questions .Further to that Athletes will have Unlimited SMS access to their Coach for support
Email Support
Elite Performance Athlete Academy clients will have email support should they need to contact the coach directly for additional advice , to ask questions or request additional material for their week .This service in combination with Zoom and Phone and SMS ensures all athletes are supported around the clock
Online Content
The Elite Performance Athlete Academy Program includes a monthly online learning module that clients receive to help broaden their knowledge of the fundamentals of the program and allows athletes to join group classes to build relationships and ask questions.
Worksheets
All Elite Performance Athlete Academy clients will receive worksheets to support further development between sessions as well as tailored materials targeted to their needs as they arise during the course of the program.These include sheets that can be used during performance and training
Bespoke Services
During and after the program all additional services can be purchased by clients in the Elite Performance Athlete Academy program at a reduction of 20%. Available on request athletes have access to testing assesment in areas such as VIA strengths and SCAT as well as learning in areas such as mindfulness and self assessment
